Jim began his career developing, supporting and managing systems and teams that facilitated the delivery of library and information services to R&D and academic organizations. His experience later broadened into enterprise information management, intranet portals, content management systems, enterprise taxonomies and scientific ontologies. Jim joined the Semaphore team as an information scientist and solution engineer with a special interest in applying linked data and graph principles to vocabulary and metadata management.

Nick is Operations Director of LOOP Agencies. Experts in building in-house agencies with out-sourced creative brand thinking. He is seasoned professional with over a decade of invaluable expertise in the field of marketing and creative operations. His journey into the world of operational excellence began with a relentless pursuit of excellence and a passion for optimising business processes and technology of new teams but also optimising current ones (local and global) with the ability to identify inefficiencies and streamline operations.

Gordon M. Thomas is a Los Angeles-based creative director and artist, currently leading creative development at Warner Music Group, where he oversees merchandise, visual campaigns, and immersive brand experiences for clients including the Grateful Dead, Green Day, Talking Heads, and Coachella Music Festival.

Warren is the VP, Managing Director of Copper Giants – Liberty Mutual Insurance’s In-House Agency and Lead Creative partner. Before that he was the Chief Operating Officer – In-Housing Practice at Monks setting up creative, data, media and production in-house teams for global brands like Google, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, PayPal, Netflix around the world. Before that, he was the Chief Operating Officer for Verizon’s in-house agency where he built and ran the in-house team and helped design the agency ecosystem working for the brand.

Veronika Watson-Kuc is a New York-based Creative & Art Director specializing in digital executions, particularly in Augmented and Mixed Reality. She recently joined NVE Experience Agency, where she leads projects that blend digital technology and IRL storytelling to create engaging brand experiences. At the heart of her work is a commitment to crafting narratives that break free from the ordinary and leave a lasting impression.

Edward is spearheading a pivotal DAM transformation. With 15 years of experience leading DAM initiatives for a diverse portfolio within media production, content distribution, legal & business affairs and e-commerce within prominent global organizations, Arc’teryx, Spin Master and Canadian Tire.

Owen is a media management professional specializing in organizing, preserving, and optimizing large-scale digital content libraries. He is currently the Senior Media Asset Manager at Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment (HBSE), where he helped implement a scalable, hybrid-cloud media infrastructure and enterprise MAM platform for the Philadelphia 76ers and New Jersey Devils.
