With a background in VFX and motion graphics and seven years of industry experience, he specialises in technical enablement and cross-functional problem-solving. Before joining Monday.com, Matan served as the Head of Design Operations and AI Labs at Lightricks. He is passionate about helping teams scale excellence by integrating AI into every layer of their operations.

Bradley Tangonan is a director and creative technologist with 12+ years of experience crafting documentary and narrative films for leading brands and agencies. A Stanford-educated cell biologist turned filmmaker, he brings a systems approach to storytelling, connecting technical ideas and human emotion through compelling visuals and clear narrative design.

A Google Labs’ Flow Sessions artist, in which ten filmmakers worldwide collaborated with mentors from Google Labs, Creative Lab, and DeepMind to create a short film using Google’s generative AI video tool Flow.

Natalie Golding is a senior public servant with more than 20 years' experience in the UK. She was most recently Chief Operating Officer of the Payment Systems Regulator, before which she was Director of the Leadership College for Government, supporting senior civil servants and public sector leaders through executive development programmes and peer networks.

Jamie Williams is Business Operations Lead at Linney Create, the creative and strategy-led agency within Linney that combines insight, design and technology to deliver multi-channel brand, campaign and customer experience work. A qualified multimedia designer, Jamie specialises in designing people-first systems, content and processes that enable teams to deliver their best work.
