Matt Schneider is a New York City-based expert in film and TV workflows and technologies, with nearly 30 years of experience in post-production and broadcast news. Prior to joining LucidLink, he was a product designer at Avid Technology, where he developed solutions based on the Avid NEXIS platform to address critical workflow challenges for customers and partners. Before Avid, Matt spent 16 years at post production facility PostWorks New York, where he focused on client workflows and support for feature films, scripted television, and non-fiction projects.

Wendy is a Senior Photo Specialist at World Wildlife Fund, where she co-manages WWF’s global digital asset management system, the HIVE, with colleagues in the US, UK, and Singapore. She oversees the full lifecycle of U.S. photographic assets – from pre-shoot planning with photographers to archiving retired images.

Scott Bowen, Co-Founder & CEO of Tenovos, is a results-driven technology executive and operations leader passionate about innovative product strategy, best-in-class customer experience, and people-focused cultures. With over two decades of expertise at the intersection of digital media, marketing, data analytics, and cloud services, Bowen is recognized as one of the early pioneers of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) software category.

Ezgi is a Product Director at Sitecore, leading the DAM and content operations strategy for the Sitecore Content Hub product. With 10+ years in MarTech and enterprise content platforms, she’s passionate about building products that solve real user problems and bring teams together—from engineering to marketing to design.

Irene A. Magafan is a Senior Video Specialist and Editor at World Wildlife Fund, where she works on video projects, from editing to archiving, and occasionally filming on location to gather video assets. She primarily focuses on WWF’s digital asset management system, the HIVE, where she manages and processes video assets for WWF’s US office, ensuring they are efficiently integrated into the HIVE. This facilitates seamless collaboration and sharing across WWF’s local and global networks and supports WWF’s communication strategies. 

Dr. Robbie Melton, Provost and VP of Academic Affairs and Technology Innovations at the SMART Global Technology Innovation Center and a tenured professor at Tennessee State University, has been named a 2025 Leading Woman in AI. A global researcher and consultant in AI in education and the Internet of Everything, with expertise in mobile and immersive technologies like VR and AR, she serves on the SREB AI Commission and has presented in over 30 countries, advocating for AI’s role in higher education.

Marco Dimas is a Senior Photographer and Videographer at Nordstrom, where he leads high-volume content production across multiple studios. He develops scalable workflows that maintain creative excellence while meeting the demands of operational scale.
