Molly works at the intersection of content, technology, and trust. Over nearly a decade at Dell, she has worked across DAM and content platforms as both a librarian and a product manager, gaining firsthand experience with the successes and shortcomings of large‑scale implementations while helping shift DAM beyond storage to enable speed, reuse, and confidence across the content supply chain.

Chelsea is the Innovation Lead at T&P (WPP), overseeing the day-to-day work of the agency’s innovation team. She leads R&D, prototyping and applied GenAI pilots across a range of markets and industries, exploring how emerging technologies can shape creative and next-generation production.

Bastien Minniti is the Worldwide Head of Technology Services at Amazon MGM Studios, where he leads strategic technology operations across Amazon MGM Studios and their creative partners, driving innovation at the intersection of creative production, production media management and cloud collaboration. With deep expertise in scalable digital platforms and global technology delivery, Bastien is passionate about transforming how creative teams collaborate and how audiences experience content.

Saba Moghtader is the Digital Asset Coordinator at the Oakland Museum of California. As one of three on the team, she has helped usher in the development and onboarding of the institution's internal DAMS. She works closely with museum departments to facilitate the transition of their (non-collection) digital assets from siloed servers, the cloud, and external drives to the DAMS. She is also developing workflows and policies related to metadata capture, data retention, and DAMS administration and governance to ensure that assets are correctly uploaded, stored, and findable with ease.

Victoria Feeney is the Collections Data Coordinator at the Oakland Museum of California and a first-time presenter. While she jokes her position is “Professional Typo Fixer” the truth is that she manages asset ingestion and metadata across multiple systems while also heading up digital preservation of OMCA’s time-based media. She collaborates with Registrars, Conservators, and Curators to determine the best paths for standardizing data within the museum’s Collections Management System (CMS), DAMS, and Public Portal to ensure clean data and access for both staff and the public.

Erik Almlie is the Digital Asset Systems Administrator for the Oakland Museum of California. He was responsible for the initial needs assessment and DAMS vendor selection for the Oakland Museum of California, and is currently the technical specialist in a team of three administering OMCA’s DAMS and collection management system (CMS).
