As Head of technical operations at All3Media International for 18 years, Claire plays a critical role in optimising operations aspects of television content distribution. Claire designs and implements scalable operational workflows, processes and policies to ensure consistency and efficiency and gold standard customer service, and she identifies operational improvement opportunities, streamlines workflows and drives cost optimisation efficiencies.

Jack Higgins, a seasoned Delivery Lead with deep expertise in Digital Asset Management (DAM), content production, and Quality Assurance. With over 20 years’ experience spanning print, retail, and digital media, he brings a strategic yet practical approach to optimising DAM systems, streamlining workflows, and ensuring global asset delivery at scale.

Eric has been at The Pokémon Company International for 15 years, overseeing EMEA and LATAM content localisation, content fulfilment, brand management and media operations.

Chuck is a distance learning leader with over 30 years of experience developing and leading undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education distance learning programs. He is an expert in online course design, educational technology, faculty development, and program marketing and management. 

Jaron Ghani is a founder and the Innovation Director of Numiko, an award-winning digital agency with a long and rich history working within the GLAM sector. He’s delivered websites and interactive projects for the Science Museum Group, the British Museum, the Wallace Collection, the National Archives and the Royal Armouries.

Professor Gilly Salmon is a pioneer in digital education, learning innovation, and transformation. With a distinguished career across universities and public-private partnerships worldwide, she is the creator of the Five-Stage Model, e-Tivities, and Carpe Diem Learning Design, shaping online and blended learning globally. As a keynote speaker, author, consultant, she continues to advance the future of education, integrating pedagogy with emerging technologies.

This was my third year attending, and once again, I was truly impressed by the quality of the speakers, the relevance of the topics, and the insightful focus on creative operations. A big thank you to HS for organizing such a fantastic conference. As I probably said last year—I already can’t wait for the next one!
