Originally from New Zealand, my career spans fine art, fashion, and beauty, disciplines that have all shaped how I approach creative operations today. I’ve worked across global markets, blending creative strategy with production excellence to deliver meaningful brand experiences.

Gemma joined Superdrug in 2004 working in varies different roles in marketing and now holds the role Head of Marketing looking after CRM, shopper marketing, promotions, Brand and social. Gemma Mason has been committed to celebrating diversity, inclusivity and self-expression on behalf of the retailer for almost two decades.

Dave is the Global Creative Director for Scotiabank and leads Lighthouse, Scotiabank’s In-House Agency. Lighthouse is a global team of Creatives, Designers, Studio Designers, and Account Managers that partner with marketers from across North and South America.

Before joining Scotia, Dave worked agency side at FCB/Six where he developed and launched Destination Pride and led the digital work for CIBC, one of Canada’s major banks. Dave has spent most of his career working on brands such as McDonalds, Coca-Cola, SickKids, Depuy, and Pfizer.
