With a proven track record of building design practices and teams for brands such as Vodafone, Rightmove, and UK tech unicorn Cazoo, she is currently the Global UX Director at Dye & Durham. Through her blog, Venessa shares her invaluable insights and learnings on UX and design leadership.


 

Marianne is a passionate design leader who often sees the world as a system of connections—whether it’s people, processes, or challenges. She loves figuring out how everything fits together and breaking down complex problems into simpler systems that actually work. If something isn’t flowing the way it should, she’s all about collaborating to find solutions and making things better.

Andre shapes Skyscanner's global brand vision, leading creative and marketing initiatives with a keen eye on product design integration. His extensive experience includes leadership roles at R/GA EMEA and Google Brand Studio EMEA, where he built an award-winning in-house team. Prior to London, Andre honed his craft at 72andSunny Los Angeles, partnering with Google.


 

Over the past 17 years Louis has worked in various roles within creative operations at award-winning agencies including; adam&eveDDB, M&C Saatchi and Publicis. He now is Head of Project Management at BBC Creative. This position covers a range of roles and responsibilities, as well as guiding a team of industry-leading PMs.

He enjoys the diverse challenges each day brings and has great pride in how important the BBC is to us all.

Lou's experience lies in creative operations and delivery of campaign launches and BAU marketing for Trinny London. She has a background in producing branded content and commercials, and leading production and creative teams for both brands and agencies. Lou has a pragmatic approach and leads with enthusiasm, passion and kindness. Her management experience and strategic and commercial focus make her a safe pair of hands for any client or business.
