Events How to Use AI in Day-to-Day Management

Introduction

AI is now a core management tool, yet most organizations capture only a fraction of its potential. The challenge is not access but method. This course shows managers, small business owners, independent consultants, and professionals without technical backgrounds how to use AI effectively in daily work.

Participants learn to design effective prompts, apply AI responsibly, and learn methods that transfer directly into everyday business practice. They gain practical fluency in structured prompting, strategies for research and analysis, and techniques for handling hallucinations (AI errors). Conceptual grounding is provided in advanced practices such as multimodal LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agents, fine-tuning, and APIs and equipping participants to engage confidently with clients, partners, or vendors.

By the end of the program, participants gain reusable prompt frameworks, proven approaches to everyday tasks, and a clear understanding of both the opportunities and risks of AI adoption.
