At TMRW Sports, we needed to address the growing challenge of implementing a new MAM. Largely to deal with where to put the 20,000 assets but mainly to ensure we were able to reach the growing demand from launching a new sports league, TGL, across multiple broadcasting platforms. 

Delivery required several key challenges to be met - all within 120 days.
