DesignOps London 2025 was a powerful reminder of the impact Design and Research Operations have on business success. The discussions challenged me to think bigger about how we align DesignOps with business goals, and I left feeling inspired to drive even greater focus on this within my role. A must-attend for anyone in the field!

Jim is Head of Creative at Snap’s Arcadia Innovation Studio, where he partners with brands to use new technology to create innovative and immersive experiences that bend reality and deliver measurable business results. He has led programs with global brands including Nike, Coke, Google, BMW, Mercedes, Louis Vuitton, Nestle, and Samsung, and is passionate about exploring the intersection of art and commerce through new platforms applied to creative challenges.

Pujarini Ghosh is a Brooklyn-based creative technologist and digital artist whose work examines how algorithms shape identity. Her multidisciplinary practice explores themes of identity, culture, and technology, using storytelling and interactivity to craft scroll-stopping digital narratives and sensory environments that invite reflection and connection. She specializes in transforming data into immersive, emotionally resonant web experiences and installations by blending code, sensors, illustration, and generative visuals.

Dave has spent the last 20 years shaping how creative businesses operate, from inside agencies, publishers, and tech companies, to consulting with governments and global brands. His work is grounded in creative operations: building the systems, structures and rhythms that allow creative teams to scale without losing their edge.

Dave is also the founder of Signals, an employee engagement platform used by creative and professional services firms across the world. Signals helps leadership teams track sentiment in real-time, turning staff feedback into a competitive advantage.

Brian Hull is a seasoned design executive helping brands harness emerging technology to deliver more intelligent, effective, and emotionally resonant creative. As Vice President and Global Head of Creative Labs at The Weather Company, he leads multidisciplinary teams exploring the real-world potential of AI-powered design systems, data-driven storytelling, and scalable brand experiences.

Gordon M. Thomas is a Los Angeles-based creative director and artist, currently leading creative development at Warner Music Group, where he oversees merchandise, visual campaigns, and immersive brand experiences for clients including the Grateful Dead, Green Day, Talking Heads, and Coachella Music Festival.

Warren is the VP, Managing Director of Copper Giants – Liberty Mutual Insurance’s In-House Agency and Lead Creative partner. Before that he was the Chief Operating Officer – In-Housing Practice at Monks setting up creative, data, media and production in-house teams for global brands like Google, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, PayPal, Netflix around the world. Before that, he was the Chief Operating Officer for Verizon’s in-house agency where he built and ran the in-house team and helped design the agency ecosystem working for the brand.
