Born and raised in London, Mitesh has spent his career at the intersection of design, technology, and program management. With a background spanning consulting, start-ups, and financial services, he’s navigated a variety of fast-paced, complex environments, each with its own unique set of challenges and opportunities.
His official entry into Design Operations began at JPMorgan Chase, where he’s currently aligned to Digital Markets within the Corporate and Investment Bank. In this role, he partners with teams across the product lifecycle, from pre- to post-trade, supporting global research and market colour, sales & trading, pricing, and data & analytics. Every day brings a new mix of projects and stakeholders, each at different stages of maturity, and he’s passionate about finding clarity amid complexity and driving impact at scale.
Whether wrangling too many stakeholders or just trying to keep things moving, Mit's always looking for ways to lead and drive design teams forward, even when things get a bit chaotic. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him at a gig, in a pub, or deep in conversation about the beauty of test cricket.
