Sherina Florence is Founder and Chief Creative Architect of the newly launched AI creative studio, IABM. When focused on transforming network agencies and emerging brands, she pushes the boundaries of generative AI and creative consciousness, providing her clients with the thought leadership and direction necessary to navigate the AI landscape.

Chelsea is the Innovation Lead at T&P (WPP), overseeing the day-to-day work of the agency’s innovation team. She leads R&D, prototyping and applied GenAI pilots across a range of markets and industries, exploring how emerging technologies can shape creative and next-generation production.

Mollie Schiffer is Head of Brand Operations at Vinted, Europe’s largest C2C marketplace for second-hand fashion. She started her career in classical music and spent several years as an entrepreneur in hospitality before moving into the corporate world. Her path through the arts, entrepreneurship, and technology gives her a grounded, cross-disciplinary perspective on creative operations, balancing structure with the space teams need to do their best work.
 

Davide Macchi is an experienced service designer and innovation manager with hands-on expertise in orchestrating complex product-service systems across multiple sectors and international organisations. His work adopts a holistic approach to service design, extending beyond concept development and initial delivery into Operations Design, where operations are recognised as a key source of value, enhancing both internal team effectiveness and the overall customer experience.

A design leader with a focus on how people and processes shape outcomes, Sandy works across design and program management while leading Design Operations at Hollaway Studio.

Trained as an architect, his experience has instilled a deep understanding of systems and interdependencies. While this foundation was shaped through work exploring user experience in the built environment, it now extends to how teams design together and how strong design practice supports business goals.

Sam LeGassick is a multidisciplinary creative with roots in Film & TV, later leading commercial content teams delivering campaigns for the world’s biggest brands. At Maker Studios, he bridged the gap between global YouTube creators, brands and top-tier IP, eventually integrating into Disney. Now at Twitch, Sam helps brands and creators unlock real-time engagement through live streaming. Passionate about digital culture and emerging trends, he continues to drive innovation in a fast-evolving media landscape.
