Justyna Badach currently serves as the Head of Digital Imaging at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. where she provides leadership to four incredible teams specializing in DAMS, Copyright, Photography, and 3D Imaging. Paul is an experienced creative technologist with 20 years of experience building websites, marketing automation platforms, and database-driven applications.

He has spent the majority of his career in the high technology and advertising industries. Working at these organizations has exposed him to best-of-breed design and technical solutions. These experiences have allowed him to offer clients a unique set of skills from web design and development to data analytics.

Stephanie Post has worked at The Met since 1994, beginning in the Photograph and Slide Library. In 1997, she transferred to the Curatorial department of European Sculpture and Decorative Arts where she developed a love of ceramics and pursued her master’s degree from the Bard Graduate Center. In 2004, Stephanie returned to the Photograph and Slide Library, as an Associate Museum Librarian. When the Library closed in 2011, she transitioned to Digital Asset Management where despite the change of job title and medium her responsibilities remained the same.

Nick has dedicated his career to product development and knowledge management. He has a deep understanding of how to leverage research to shape the strategic direction of products and businesses. In 2020, he co-founded Dualo, a knowledge management solutions provider that empowers digital product teams to make better and faster decisions.
