With a blend of technical expertise and strategic perspective, Monique focuses on turning complex challenges into practical, user-centered outcomes across creative operations and wholesale technology.

Jeff Costello is a photo operations and post-production leader with more than two decades of experience across editorial, brand marketing, and live production environments. He spent the first half of his career as a photo editor at AOL, MailOnline, and ABC News before moving into operations leadership — designing workflows, building DAM systems, and managing post-production teams. Most recently, as Senior Director of Photo Services at CBS, he oversaw post-production pipelines spanning 50+ network series and major live events including the Grammys, Golden Globes, and Super Bowl LVIII.

With 10+ years of expertise in the fashion and beauty sectors, Allison Warenik-Queenan is a specialist in digital archive architecture and metadata governance. Currently at David Yurman jewelry, she was an instrumental member of the core team leading the Orange Logic DAM implementation. Allison bridges the gap between technical and creative, ensuring that digital assets power both heritage storytelling and current campaign and e-commerce initiatives. Outside of work, Allison lives in Brooklyn, New York with her husband, two children and their rescue mutt.
