Gareth currently leads the Large Corporate Lending team for UK Corporate Banking at Barclays. His team responsible for all borrowing by Corporate and Financial Sponsor backed clients of £10m and upwards across all sectors including Hospitality and Leisure. Gareth has worked for Barclays for over 20 years during which time as well operating as a lending practitioner, he has worked in a number of Relationship and Business Management roles, as well as working on the Structural Reform Programme.

Tim specialises in helping businesses to transform their organisations, improve performance and gain a competitive edge.

As a Senior Director in BVA BDRC, Richard’s role is to work across the agency and ensure that BVA BDRC remains ahead of the curve in what it offers to clients, with a strong focus on innovation and harnessing capabilities from across the group. Richard is particularly experienced in customer experience, concept optimisation, market segmentations & modelling, customer satisfaction, innovation (demand forecasting, pricing, pack and claims testing), brand positioning and tracking as well as comms development and evaluation.

Louise has headed Leumi UK’s Hotel Finance team since 2008. Channeling a background in financing construction projects and market analysis, she has established herself as a respected authority in the sector and a champion of the hospitality industry. With a particular focus on boutique, luxury hotels in prime city centre locations, she has supported hoteliers and investors throughout some of the industry’s toughest times with flexible, expert-led facilities to suit the needs of their growing businesses.

Dexter is a recognised leader in hospitality design and received the AHEAD Outstanding Contribution Award in 2022. With over 30 years’ experience, he has worked with the majority of leading brands in the UK, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa.  

Phil Golding is a partner at Cedar Capital Partners, where he manages the acquisition and asset management for the company. Cedar invests exclusively in the hospitality sector with an emphasis on luxury, full service and lifestyle hotels. Over the past twenty years the firm has invested in hotels across Europe and North America with a value in excess of €4 billion and currently have AUM in excess of €1 billion.

Lee Francis is Head of Origination at prime property finance firm CapitalRise. Since joining the company, Lee has personally contributed close to 45% of revenue generated between 2022 and 2023, helping the firm double the size of its loan book during that period. He has more than a quarter of a century’s worth of financial services experience under his belt, having worked at a variety of major UK banks prior to joining CapitalRise – including HSBC, Bank of Scotland, Clydesdale and Santander – spanning sectors such as Corporate & Structured Finance and Commercial Real Estate.
