Claire Hentschker is a Brooklyn-based artist, educator, and creative technologist interested in using and misusing emerging technology for sculptural artworks, community events, and participatory experiences.

She teaches at NYU's Integrated Digital Media program and co-founded LARPA, a DIY artist-run space in Bushwick dedicated to experimental digital culture.

Her artworks have been shown at places like the Carnegie Museum of Art, Santa Barbara Museum of Art, and the Fotomuseum Winterthur.

Sylvia Carolina has spent the past seven years in the Design Operations space, building frameworks that help design teams scale without losing clarity, quality, or momentum.

With a background spanning graphic design and front-end development, her work sits at the intersection of product delivery, operations, and design systems, from leading 0-to-1initiatives to scaling shared Figma libraries, contribution models, and enterprise design patterns across teams.

Via Tendon is a leader with over 13 years experience across global agencies and in-house brands, working with Bupa, ANZ, Disney, Lenovo and Dentsu. A B&T 30 Under 30 recipient, she is known for building high-performing teams through compassionate, strategic, and inclusive leadership.

 

Aaron is a transformative operations leader with over two decades of experience in leading innovation, strategy and operations programs for some of Australia's most recognised businesses.

Currently serving as Director of Global Marketing Operations and Strategic Programs at Foxtel/DAZN, Aaron leads the planning and execution of programs that drive innovation and operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality output across and creative and marketing functions.

George is Chief Revenue Officer and board member for Overcast HQ Ltd. He is responsible for all go-to-market activities in the company, including marketing, sales operations and product management. He has worked with Overcast HQ for nearly 4 years and has seen Annual Recurring Revenue growth of over 60%. George is also Chair of Snicket Labs, and a consultant specialising in digital media and technology adoption and has extensive business turnaround experience.

Sally leads Marketing Growth Strategy for Mondelez International in the US, focused on embedding the company’s ambitious growth agenda and building the capabilities required for the fast-evolving future of marketing.

A UK native, she has built an international career across a range of senior marketing roles, leading iconic global brands including Finish, Cadbury, Halls, OREO, and Triscuit. Her work sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and organizational transformation, with a track record of turning strategy into sustained commercial impact.

Jose Coronado is a recognized Design & Operations executive. His experience spans financial services, management consulting, and enterprise technology, with a focus on leading global teams. As a Strategic Advisor, Jose partners with Chief Design Officers and Global Heads of Design to help them solve critical challenges in their organizations. His clients include Global 1000 Financial Service organizations in Latin America.
