Festival of Creative Operations 2025 has now ended. Thank you to all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and partners who made this year’s event a true celebration of Creative Operations.

The ultimate Creative Ops wrap-up, spotlighting the standout sessions and sharpest thinking from a year of conversations with the industry’s most forward-thinking minds.

In 2025, the global Creative Operations Summits have explored one powerful idea: Creative Matters.

Theresa Regli is a strategic advisor to global brands, arts organisations, and private equity / investment firms on Marketing Technology Ecosystems (MarTech), Media & Digital Asset Management (MAM/DAM), and Product Information Mgmt (PIM). She is the world’s leading expert in the DAM vendor marketplace, advising on over 300 DAM system procurements since 2008, while authoring extensive in-depth research of 50 DAM systems and the benchmark book about DAM technology.

Emma is a passionate leader in Creative Operations with deep expertise in building and optimising in-house agencies. She led the development of PMI’s Global in-house studio, where she navigated the challenges of scaling operations, assembling top-tier talent, and delivering global creative excellence within a brand environment.

During this time, she connected with other in-house leaders, all grappling with the same question—how to build a successful IHA? This insight led her to found IHAR, a dedicated resource for in-house agency professionals.
