Entry Details

Blair is a creative technologist and artist who has spent over 15 years crafting engaging digital experiences. As Chief Creative Technologist at Fake Love for 10 years (an award winning agency acquired by the New York Times) he led innovative projects that pushed the boundaries of creative technology. He currently serves as Director of Creative Technology at Thought Process, where he continues to shape the intersection of art and technology. 

Gemma Poesaste is a senior marketing leader, MBA graduate and Head of Telstra’s in-house creative agency.  She leads the transformation of the studio's capabilities into a high-performing strategic and creative agency partner. With a background in both agency and in-house across FMCG and premium lifestyle brands, she brings deep expertise in creative operations, and integrated marketing execution. Gemma is known for uniting marketing and in-house agency teams, to drive business impact, and is a passionate advocate for the value in-housing can bring to a brand's customer engagement.

Nancy Colipe is a trusted Creative Operations and MarTech Advisor with deep expertise in system-led transformation. She has delivered impact across financial services, retail, SaaS, and FMCG for brands including L’Oréal Australia, Sanitarium, Youi Insurance, Mailchimp, and CGU.

Tiago Aragona is a creative technologist and designer shaping new ways of thinking and feeling through technology. Born in Argentina and based in San Francisco, he works across code, design, and art to create experiences that spark reflection, question systems, and build deeper connections between people, cultures, and ideas.

Matías Piña is a creative technologist, data scientist and developer, interested in exploring how technology and code can be used as a creative medium. Originally from Chile, he moved to New York to pursue an MFA in Design and Technology, after spending some time developing machine learning systems for education. Now, his focus lies in finding new, interesting ways of using AI to enhance human creativity. Outside of work, he's also an artist, creating interactive installations and playful web experiences.

Richard Brehm has a 30-year career in the entertainment industry, working in diverse capacities including marketing executive at Universal Pictures, development executive, screenwriter and most recently as writer and producer of documentaries for film and television.  His documentaries have aired on Netflix, Disney+, NatGeo, NBC, HBO, A&E, History, Syfy and many others.  He has extensive experience working in family entertainment, including as executive producer of the 8-hour series, Creating the World of Harry Potter for Warner Bros.
