With a background in both agency and in-house across FMCG and premium lifestyle brands, she brings deep expertise in creative operations, and integrated marketing execution. Gemma is known for uniting marketing and in-house agency teams, to drive business impact, and is a passionate advocate for the value in-housing can bring to a brand's customer engagement. She also contributes to industry thought leadership, serving as a board member for the In-House Agency Council (IHAC).
