Karin has been a driving force in communications technology at CIMIC Group for over 18 years, leading transformative initiatives that have reshaped how the organisation manages and delivers digital content. 

In 2023, Karin spearheaded the transition from Sitecore XP to the cloud-based Sitecore XM Cloud and Search platform, unifying 13 websites into a scalable, globally consistent platform. Under her leadership, CIMIC Group has expanded to 21 websites, with more in development. 

Stewart Carter is a media technology specialist with 20 years’ experience in media production, digital asset management (DAM), and content supply chain. He has designed and implemented complex systems and workflows for leading organisations including Endemol Shine, IMG and now Amazon. Stewart’s current focus is on how AI can enhance DAM and content operations, driving smarter automation, metadata, and workflow efficiency across the media ecosystem.

Cheryl Yates is Manager, Visual Arts Licensing at Copyright Agency, the organisation that supports creators and visual artists through licensing and rights management. With formal qualifications and a lifelong passion for fine arts, Cheryl has extensive experience from leading image and media organisations including the British Tourist Authority, News Corp and AAP. She also launched and ran her own successful design business.

Mary Vrljic is a digital asset and metadata specialist with over twenty years’ experience across photography, production, and digital content management. As Digital Asset Coordinator at the Powerhouse Museum, she leads the ongoing development of a user-centred digital archive that supports large-scale collection digitisation and long-term preservation.

Jonathan Stokkland is the Digitisation Coordinator at the Powerhouse Museum, where he manages the capture of an extraordinarily diverse collection of objects that spans from the microscopic cultures of penicillin to the monumental power of the Apollo F-1 rocket engine. He brings a unique cross-disciplinary expertise to this role, combining over a decade of experience in high-end commercial production with a Master of Photomedia and a foundation in software development.
