Shayla Nastasi is a librarian and digital asset specialist who thrives where creativity meets organization. As the Digital Asset Associate at Helen of Troy, she draws on ten years of experience in data and operations to support the company’s creative work. She completed her MLS at Queens College in 2021 with a focus on digital preservation and archives. Shayla lives in Queens, New York with her family, and when she’s not immersed in metadata, she’s usually out for a run or experimenting with new baking projects. 

Justin Ricketts is Global Chief Transformation Officer at WPP Production, where he is leading the transformation of one of the world's largest content organisations: close to 10,000 specialists across 38 markets, built on AI-powered infrastructure. His focus is what happens when you amplify great people with intelligent systems rather than replace them with cheaper ones.

Justin J. Leto, P.E., is a global technology leader, author, and speaker with more than two decades of experience in large-scale data engineering and AI transformation.

As a Global Principal Solutions Architect for Private Equity at AWS, he advises top-tier global private equity firms on cloud and AI value creation across their portfolios.

He authored Data Engineering with Generative and Agentic AI on AWS (Apress) and was named one of 13 Penn State Outstanding Engineering Alumni in 2026.

Sue is Senior Curator of Digitised Collections at the Australian War Memorial where she manages the Memorial’s Archival Document Digitisation Programs, including Curatorial Digitisation, Digitisation on Demand, large scale Digitisation Projects, and nominal roll digitisation data projects. Sue is a qualified librarian and archivist who holds a Batchelor of Communications Information Management from the University of Canberra. 

David Newbury is Senior Director, Public Technologies at Getty, where he leads the team responsible for using technology to share Getty’s knowledge, collections, and campuses with the world. He oversees digital imaging, collections infrastructure, and digital visitor experience, overseeing Getty’s transition to a linked-data first organization and developing data infrastructure and access mechanisms for cultural, scientific, and visual knowledge.
