Liana Cárdenas Cave is a MarTech leader who blends creativity with innovation. She began her career in commercial photography industry, building a strong foundation in visual storytelling before moving into global marketing roles. At Yum! Brands, she played a pivotal role in shaping KFC’s global content strategy and launched the brand’s first Digital Asset Management system called The Bucket to streamline creative assets across markets worldwide.

Dario Mescia is an Senior Graphic Designer/Operations Specialist at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He is part of a full-service in-house team that brings together Marketing/Advertising, Public Relations and Web. Dario earned his B.A. in corporate communications from Elizabethtown College. He has spent the past 25 years working on the creative and the administrative sides of agencies, publishing houses and printing firms, finally settling in the healthcare sector.

Jennifer oversees the library’s technical infrastructure as well as the DAMS implementation and management. She is a visiting professor at Pratt School of Information where she teaches Knowledge Organization and Museum Information courses. Jennifer holds a BA in English from the University of Georgia and a MLIS from the Palmer School of Library and Information Science at Long Island University. Jennifer has worked on metadata and digital asset management projects on behalf of Marvel Entertainment, Conde Nast, The Granger Collection and the University of Georgia.

Iris Lee is the Cataloging and Metadata Librarian at the American Museum of Natural History which includes creating, managing, and publishing data across several systems in the Museum’s Library. Iris strives to ensure discovery and access using best practices in descriptive metadata. She co-teaches a class at the Pratt Institute School of Information with colleague, Jennifer Cwiok. Iris has a Master of Library Science degree with a certificate in Archives and Record Management and worked at the Whitney Museum of American Art before joining the AMNH.

Barb is leading work at P&G to further increase DAM Adoption. She works with Brand, Marketing, Purchasing, Sales and agencies to cement the P&G DAM into the work processes of marketers and partner agencies. She was responsible for establishing the initial set of supporting services to drive and measure adoption of the DAM; Agency Upload Concierge, Library Services and Usage Reporting. Barb has an IT degree from University of Dayton and has spent 20 years at P&G in various IT positions – from supporting HR, Product Supply, Consumer Market Knowledge and Marketing.

Kristy Ramsammy currently holds the position of Digital Asset Management (DAM) & Tools Operations Lead at Airbnb. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing the management and enhancement of digital assets and associated tools, aiding teams in expanding their marketing strategies, creative processes, and incorporating DAM/MAM systems with new technologies. Before her 2021 start at Airbnb, Kristy amassed 13 years of experience in global media at Condé Nast, where her most recent role was Director of Digital Asset Management. 

Lilli Schestag is Senior Digital Asset Manager for Gap. She received her MSLIS from Pratt Institute and has ten years of experience working with digital collections in the fashion industry and art world. Lilli is passionate about creating collections from the ground up through the discovery, design, and implementation of enterprise level digital asset management platforms.
