Sana is the Archivist & Photo Collection Manager at the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS). In this role, she oversees material, both traditional and digital, that is part of WCS’s over-100-year history. As Photo Collection Manager, she maintains the digital asset management system that holds the digital WCS Photo Collection. She holds a MA in Archives & Public History, with a concentration in Archives, from New York University and a BA in History of Science, Medicine, and Technology from the University of Oklahoma.

Cyndie Lalic is a Digital Asset Manager at Amazon Studios supporting the Original Series Marketing organization. Stemming from a creative background, she has been bridging the gap between creatives and tech for the last nine years. Building DAM systems that work for all types of users, she believes a phased approach is ideal to achieving maximum user adoption and ensuring users are having the best experience. By working backwards and making two-way door decisions, her philosophy lends to a DAM that is as nimble and as quick as the business it supports.

Following 22 successful years with Nestlé, Ricki retired on April 30, 2019 to start Digital Asset Management Solutions LLC, a consulting business. Prior to this, Ricki headed up Marketing Operations at Nestlé Waters North America, where she led a team responsible for digital asset management, eCommerce technology enhancements and product packaging production. In her tenure at NWNA, she held multiple marketing and operations positions responsible for digital marketing and new appliance development.

Chris McDonough is a Senior Vice President at Bank of America and Business Analyst for the bank's in-house agency, Enterprise Creative Solutions. With over 25 years' experience in publishing technology, Chris provides the bank's enterprise technology teams with an understanding of the agency's unique technology and process needs with regard to digital asset management and creative workflows. Chris also works with all agency teams to insure all processes and activities are compliant with security requirements, and helps the agency craft innovative and compliant solutions.

Stephanie is an information management consultant and taxonomy and metadata expert. She has more than 17 years’ experience helping organizations across industries structure, manage, and organize their content and data. Past clients include The Coca-Cola Company, General Mills, and the International Monetary Fund.

Prior to founding Dovecot Studio in 2012, Stephanie was the taxonomy practice lead at Earley & Associates (now Earley Information Sciences).

Callum Hughes is the Head of Post Production Technology at Amazon Studios. Having been a Principal Solutions Architect, he’s spent the last three years at the studio figuring out and building new ways to solve complex problems in Post Production (and a bit of Production!) without freaking out too many people. Being an AWS person for the prior six years, there’s nothing more Callum likes than building entire systems and services in the AWS Cloud, and you’ll often hear him talking about ways to speed up development and increase security by utilizing Cloud-based technologies.

At Dell, Adam is responsible for driving and implementing their marketing taxonomy strategy. Their goal is to drive efficiencies by making content much more modular driven by metadata and data linkages. Dell’s journey started with their Enterprise DAM over 3 years ago where Adam was responsible for implementing and managing the metadata schema. Prior to this role, Adam has 15+ years’ experience in data classification, taxonomy creation and metadata management.

Kimberly Klotz is the director of marketing at the University of Central Arkansas where she leads branding and marketing efforts.

Carlos Acevedo is currently the Digital Asset Manager at The Jewish Museum whose practice is highly informed by User Experience research. He holds a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science and has worked on metadata projects for Artsy, Harvard, and Refinery29.

Cristina Vignone is the Assistant Archivist at the Tiffany & Co. Archives, where her responsibilities include maintaining and managing the company’s historical design, manufacturing and business records. She holds a Master of Archives and Public History degree, with a concentration in Archives, from New York University and a Master of Library and Information Science degree from Long Island University’s Palmer School of Library and Information Science.
