Creating Happy End-Users - the Art of Empowering DAM for Efficient and Smooth Workflows and Use

The challenge we face:

  • The University of Sydney implemented a DAM system, but it became apparent that it wasn’t being used to its full potential.
  • Research revealed the need to:
    • Improve workflow efficiency and security.
    • Improve searchability.

What we learned as we worked to improve the system and service:

Before joining MLSE, she spent 8 years overseeing the curation, development, and management of program and custom artwork for major hotel brands across North America. In addition, Andrea managed asset licensing for imagery distributed to big-box and specialty décor retailers, building expertise in aligning creative assets with brand, retail, and customer needs.
