Luke leads the Design Advocacy team at Zeroheight, the Design Systems documentation company, where they research and educate about the future of DesignOps and Design Systems.

Before Zeroheight, Luke worked as an IC and leader in product design and advocacy teams at Memrise, Mr & Mrs Smith, and Microsoft, amongst others. They host the Design Systems WTF and the DesignOps Island Discs podcast and co-organize the Converge conference and WDC in Bristol.

Bogumiła Gręda is an Environmental Specialist at Papaya Films, focusing on ESG and climate education. They hold a degree in Innovation Design from SWPS University. At Papaya Films, they are responsible for implementing sustainable solutions on sets and overseeing the calculation of the carbon footprint for each production. They are the creator of the original workshop series about Planet Placement, and a facilitator of the Climate Mosaic. Bogumiła collaborated with the Digital Ecology Institute on the digital renewal program.

Carly Stone is the Co-Founder and MD of Madam Films, one of the UK’s leading production service companies. Prior to launching MADAM in 2013, she was MD of Crossroads Films UK, the sister company to the long-established Crossroads Films US and began her career in London at industry-leading Cowboy Films. Throughout her 25 year career she has executive produced for director icon Mike Leigh and travelled extensively shooting in multiple global territories across a wide range of formats and sectors.

My career began in artist management and production for London’s top advertising agencies. Working with major commercial artists and leading agencies gave me a strong foundation in creative production, from art buying to client relations and project management.

Jo is a creative production director with nearly 20 years of experience in the fashion industry. With a background in photography, she started her career working as a shoot producer for Boden, before spending 10 years at the NET-A-PORTER Group, overseeing creative production and workflow at THE OUTNET and NET-A-PORTER. 

Zsófia is a Co-Founder of GreenEyes Production. Zsófi’s love of film and unwavering dedication has been aiding her in her entire career. She’s a firm believer in always finding a solution, and this comes handy every day in this field. Previously, she worked both in the independent sphere and the more commercial side of the film industry. Most recently, she served as the International Manager at BAFTA albert, and as a development executive at BAFTA Rocliffe.

Kelsey is the Curator of Archives for the Placer County Museums Division, located in the foothills of Northern California. The division serves as the official repository for historic County records and also houses a diverse collection of objects, photographs, and archival materials from private donors. In her role, Kelsey is responsible for the preservation, cataloging, and digitization of the County's records and photographs as well as making them accessible to the public and County staff.
