Justine Mar is the Senior Managing Producer at Instacart, where she is responsible for overseeing and leading photo, audio and video production. Prior to joining Instacart, Justine worked at Curology and various advertising agencies in SF and NY.

I'm a DesignOps leader with over 15 years of experience in design, leadership, and operations. I’m currently at Microsoft, providing Design Operations strategy and support to their collaborative apps portfolio. Previously, I spent 7 years at Shopify, establishing and leading the DesignOps practice as the Design team grew from 150 to 600. I focus on developing strategic systems, programs, processes, and teams that increase design's impact across the business.

Katherine is an information management consultant and taxonomy and metadata expert with more than nine years’ experience helping organizations across industries structure, manage, and organize their content. She works closely with each client to identify and prioritize needs and requirements that are unique to their organization, and designing taxonomy and metadata for the particularities of the DAM system.

Niels has 10+ years experience in managing photostudio’s and creative operations, with Scotch & Soda and Suitsupply. His focus is on delivering high quality content in high volume.

Karen Williams is a dedicated mentor to aspiring photographers, advocating for equitable access to information within the industry. With more than 10 years of experience in photography, Karen is a visual creative director, keynote speaker, and founder of Black Visual Queen a photography consulting firm. An industry insider, she’s had a hand in visual stories for iconic brands like Netflix, Masterclass, Square, Wired, AARP, and San Francisco. In her free time, she loves marathon training and all things pop culture.Karen lives in Los Angeles, California.
