Whether they’re looking to ensure representation of specific groups within their creative library, or are concerned about the language used in metadata to describe those groups, these companies are starting to take action. But as the DAM manager, what does that mean for you and where do you start?

Sharon helps museums, archives, libraries, and media organizations transform and share their metadata to align with their goals for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has over 10 years of experience creating and managing metadata for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the Walt Disney Animation Research Library, Curationist, Outwords Archive, and the Judy Chicago Research Portal.

Steinar comes from a background in research and software development in Vizrt, where he served for over 18 years as Head of R&D and as Operational CTO. Søreide has been part of inventing and launching software solutions for the broadcast and media industry for years and has a proven track record in software development, architecture, team management, and more. In 2018 he joined the Fonn Group to develop Mimir, a cloud native media production platform.

Jessica is a seasoned Creative Director with over 15 years' of experience. She is a creative techie, Housewives fan, mother of three and wife to one. Jessica loves making interesting work that people want to engage in and has created integrated advertising campaigns for brands like CDW, Gold Bond, Seaworld, Chick-fil-A, Ford and now The Home Depot. While she has learned to survive and thrive at small and large agencies, she has a passion for in-house creative teams and their value.

Huw Jenkins is a renowned expert and business strategist on Content Management in Life Sciences. With a background in digital production and technology, his career expands over several industries prior to establishing himself in Pharma including banking, consumer goods, and entertainment. Huw worked his way up from launching the first ever online marketing campaign to promote the launch of a UK No1 album to being the global director of modular content at a major Pharmaceutical company.
