Marya is a consultant for Design Teams of large enterprises, with clients such as Marriott, Tapestry, and Etsy. She directs product launches, optimizes DesignOps, delivers creative direction, and inspires positive team dynamics.  She thrives on challenges related to workflow efficiency, product experience, and team dynamics. In addition to her consulting business, she is a speaker, author, fine artist, and supporter of artist, environmental, and human rights. 

Matthew Miller is Sr. Manager, Business Operations at Saks, the premier luxury ecommerce platform. He has 12 years of experience in the photography industry, all of them with the Saks Fifth Avenue brand. His ability to build strong relationships and his aptitude for operations have been instrumental in helping his team evolve into a leader in the luxury fashion photography space. Matthew most recently oversaw a new 50,000-square-foot studio buildout for Saks in downtown New York City.

Thomas Prevot is the Director of Creative Production for Crypto.com’s NFT Marketplace, where he is responsible for setting up and expanding NFT programs with key strategic partners. A seasoned production leader with a focus on digital innovation and a passion for marketing, technology and entrepreneurship— Thomas has been helping brands thrive in the digital world for nearly 2 decades. 

Indra Klavins' approach to work, "people, then process, then things," was developed through her management of projects at Razorfish, experience design teams at TD Ameritrade, high-priority initiatives at WeWork, and building out global operations capabilities at Verizon, Automox, and Publicis Sapient. Her experiences on these initiatives have yielded lessons, tools, and tricks that support six key pillars Communication, Financials & Data, People, Portfolio, Practices, and Governance.

With the set-up of an in house artwork studio in 2017, Rory and the team at ASDA always knew they needed a DAM solution as a place to house all those assets produced by the studio. Little did they know, they were about to embark on a journey which would see the land a DAM with the scope of holding all customer assets across ASDA & George.

Nate brings a unique blend of creativity, technology, and business savvy to his role as Metaverse Practice Leader at Aquent Studios. He began his career as a filmmaker, founded and sold a digital agency, and later joined Accenture's internal team distributing 60,000 virtual reality headsets to employees. In his new role, he designed and developed Metaverse experiences to onboard employees to Metaverse technology. Afterward, Accenture's new Metaverse Thought Leadership team recruited him to develop business processes and contribute as an author.
