Mike Szumlinski is one of the founding partners of iconik and is the Chief Product Officer at Backlight Creative. He has been helping leading organizations from many industries solve their media workflow challenges for over 20 years. Mike’s experience allows him to easily communicate about even the most complicated processes in media.

Steinar comes from a background in research and software development in Vizrt, where he served for over 18 years as Head of R&D and as Operational CTO. Søreide has been part of inventing and launching software solutions for the broadcast and media industry for years and has a proven track record in software development, architecture, team management, and more. In 2018 he joined the Fonn Group to develop Mimir, a cloud native media production platform.

Having started his career in animation at Pixar, Hoon Kim has always been at the intersection of art and technology. At Airbnb, he now helps the Marketing and Creative teams find solutions to optimize their creative processes.

Zach Weicht is the Sr. Video Editor at Arthrex.  With 7 years of working at Arthex, and 15 years of professional post-production experience, he has embraced emerging technology and innovation to improve the post-production workflow.  The last 2 years Zach has focused on cloud-based editing and MAM integration to improve speed and efficiency in a high-volume corporate environment.

Philippe is Founder & CEO of Overcast HQ. He has 20 years experience working in TV with BBC, RTÉ and TV3. For the past decade he has focused working with global brands such as Diageo, Yeti, UEFA and Vodafone to empower non-technical teams to expand their use of video throughout the enterprise.

With a sharp eye for detail and passion for developing talent, Urbi successfully manages multiple high-performing content teams across studios and offices in London, Milan, Bologna, New Jersey and Hong Kong. Her responsibilities include overseeing Product Editorial, Size & Fit and Translations teams, creating and implementing style guides, innovating workflows and forming global cohesion.

Bryce Pincham is an experienced professional with over 25 years of experience in advertising and fashion photography. He is currently the Global Head of Photography and Post Production at YOOX NET-A-PORTER, where he manages teams of photographers, videographers, and retouchers across three studios in Milan, London, and New Jersey. Bryce is responsible for overseeing the production of product imagery for NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER, and has introduced new photography techniques to the brands, including Fine Watch and Fine Jewelry photography. 

Alison Leibowitz is an accomplished professional with 20 years of experience in creative production and studio management. Alison has spent the last 10+ years at NET-A-PORTER as the Head of Studio Operations in the US, leading her team to produce industry-leading assets for the NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER brands. As a leader, Alison has fostered a high-performing US Studio Digital Production team, focused on communication, strategy, and operational excellence. She constantly challenges the way they work by leading innovation, streamlining studio workflows, and driving efficiencies.
