With 20+ years of professional production experience under his belt, Rondell has produced everything under the sun from film, print and digital/social content to experiential activations, interactive games, podcasts, music videos and global television ad campaigns for various brands, including NBC Universal, ExxonMobil, Discover, Gillette, AT&T and Google Cloud.

Murat is a product leader with experience in high-growth B2B SaaS. He currently serves as the VP of Product at Bynder, where he helps realize Bynder's vision to inspire brands to thrive through exceptional content experiences.

Lynette is the Digital Content Management Executive for Tourism NI which forms part of a Tri-Agency DAM team (Tourism Ireland, Tourism NI and Failte Ireland).

Sarah Juselius joined DraftKings in 2017 and currently leads the Creative Operations team for their internal agency. In this position, Sarah has helped scale their team and operating procedures with a focus on efficiency and empowering teams to drive results. One of her proudest contributions was being part of a grassroots effort to establish a Women’s Business Resource Group, which became the inspiration for DraftKing’s more robust Business Resource Group offerings with guidance from the IEB team.

Ai’s two decades of experience in product design, UI/UX, and branding has spanned across cities, roles, and disciplines, from art direction at creative agencies to leading UX for a design system team at a large enterprise software company. She enjoys the challenge of implementing systematic design principles to elevate digital experiences for brands and their users. She is currently the Creative Director of product and experience design at Deloitte Digital.

Brianne is a seasoned Creative Operations leader with years of experience running in-house creative and production teams. As the Head of Creative Operations and Creative Analytics at Wayfair, she orchestrates end-to-end operations for the company's internal creative agency, overseeing a team of project managers and analysts. Brianne's expertise lies in translating creative ideas into actionable results, building high-functioning teams and implementing change within a fast-paced company.

Katelyn is a 15-year veteran in the production field with experience agency side, in-house and freelance with multiple creative and production vendors in NY and LA. At Wayfair, Katelyn oversees an award-winning team of producers, production designers and specialists who work across multiple channels and mediums producing hundreds of unique assets per year. Prior to joining Wayfair, she oversaw the internal production studio for Reebok and was an agency producer, working with clients like Dunkin Donuts, Bank of America and LG.

Kyle Wright is a Creative Director for Wayfair North America, overseeing Brand & Content Development. Prior to joining Wayfair in 2012, Kyle worked in editorial, writing for many national and regional magazines with a focus on arts and entertainment, food, and most importantly, home. His work has earned him various accolades, including a Webby in 2022 for launching livestream video shopping within the Wayfair app. A native Rhode Islander, he returned to Providence in 2018 to restore an 1860s historical home.
