His efforts have significantly improved content movement across production pipelines, streamlining operations and ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of digital assets. Additionally, he assembled and manages a team of asset management professionals, strengthening Chewy’s content infrastructure.

Theresa Regli is a strategic advisor to global brands, arts organisations, and private equity / investment firms on Marketing Technology Ecosystems (MarTech), Media & Digital Asset Management (MAM/DAM), and Product Information Mgmt (PIM). She is the world’s leading expert in the DAM vendor marketplace, advising on over 300 DAM system procurements since 2008, while authoring extensive in-depth research of 50 DAM systems and the benchmark book about DAM technology.

seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM), product design, and regional leadership, Stéphane Klein specializes in bridging technology and business to create intuitive, high-impact DAM solutions. As Senior Product Manager at CI HUB, he drives product design, strategy, and innovation, enabling seamless access to digital assets across enterprise ecosystems.

Emma set up IHAR after more than 20 years in agencies, leading client services and creative operations at top networks including WPP, VCCP, and Publicis Groupe. She later built PMI’s global in-house capability. Having worked across both agency and in-house environments, Emma brings first-hand experience in building, managing, and evolving high-performing creative operations.
