Claire Hoey is the Creative Services Manager at Hallmark’s Bradford-based studio, where she oversees a diverse range of functions including Artworking, Sampling, Digital Asset Management, and External Resource coordination. With two decades of experience at Hallmark, Claire began her journey as a Designer and has since progressed through a variety of creative and leadership roles, including Art Director and Studio Manager.

Madeline is a DAM Consultant and the founder of Haelio Connect. Over the past four and a half years, she has guided government agencies, higher education institutions, and non-profit organisations in understanding their Digital Asset Management requirements for new DAM implementations and supporting clients through the process of revitalising underperforming DAMs. By merging strategic thinking with hands-on support, Madeline enables clients to clarify their DAM needs, evaluate suitable DAM vendor options, and reconfigure platforms to adapt to their evolving objectives.
