Paul's prime responsibility is to manage the sales and marketing activity on behalf of the Property Development team to enhance United Trust Bank’s brand within the UK house building industry. This includes developing relationships with key industry stakeholders, including the property teams of legal & accountancy practices, property agents, surveyors and auction houses, property associations, architectural practices, debt advisory firms, principal contractors, and the property press.

David Feeney, Associate, is Cushman & Wakefield’s lead for Student Accommodation Advisory demand and supply services across the UK, advising universities, developers, funders, investors and operators on student accommodation development and the sector as a whole. With over seven years’ experience in the sector, David has a comprehensive knowledge of the UK market, and is working on a number of high profile schemes and strategies across the UK.

Philip is Chairman of the Commercial Leases Joint Working Group which produced the new Code of Practice for Commercial Leases. He concentrates on development and leasehold work for property investors, developers and lenders. He also has corporate clients who are major property occupiers. He is an acknowledged expert on landlord and tenant matters, lease renewals and rent reviews and is involved in high value leasehold enfranchisement and planning appeals.

Richard has many years’ experience in advising on property matters and resolving property disputes. Prior to joining RLS Law, he worked at Lovells/Hogan Lovells and Mishcon de Reya, in the course of which he advised a varied range of institutional, corporate and entrepreneurial clients.
