Paul is a Director and Head of Fiscal Incentives at AECOM, joining the team in 1997. He is dual qualified in property and tax, with qualifications from both the RICS and Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT). With twenty-five years’ experience, he has worked extensively across all commercial sectors in the UK as well as projects overseas. Working with a variety of clients, his specialisms include Capital Allowances planning, HM Revenue & Customs negotiations, Singapore and Malaysia tax depreciation consultancy, Risk Management and Renewable Energy.

Tom’s professional life focuses on the valuation of branded and high value hotel assets, investments, development sites and portfolios across the UK and mainland Europe. Originally qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor with BNP Paribas Tom worked for CBRE Hotels between 2006 and 2011. In 2011 he joined Christie & Co where he is now a director in the specialist hotel valuation and consultancy team.

Kevin lead the research function into industrial and logistics markets for Savills, collecting, collating and analysing occupational and Investment data on those markets. This data is included in Savills regular Big Shed Briefing research but also in bespoke reporting for clients. Kevin is a regular commentator on the market in the press and appears at industry events offering his thoughts on the direction of the industrial and logistics market. He has previously chaired the society of property researchers.
