Prasam is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax UK, LLP in London. He brings more than 17 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure tax, advising large real estate and infrastructure investors/developers – helping them to complete deals, improve tax efficiency and manage risk. He helps clients understand and make decisions on risk areas and commercial negotiations, as well as structuring their holdings. 

Louise is Head of UK Public Sector at CBRE. She is responsible for leading our Public Sector business which includes our relationships with all Government Departments and Government Agencies. CBRE’s UK Public Sector business includes; Infrastructure, Placemaking, Housing, Education, Health, Strategic Development and Public/Private Partnerships.

Katy leads the London Residential Development Research team at Savills, providing market commentary and consultancy advice ranging from regeneration in outer London boroughs through to the super prime markets of central London.

Her recent projects include advisory for Brent Cross Town (Related Argent), Silvertown (Lendlease) and the London Development Strategy for Barratt.

Katy joined the Savills in 2011 to lead the London development research team. Prior to this, she worked for the Homes and Communities Agency (now Homes England) and East Thames Group (now L&Q).

Svetlana is an experienced Chartered Surveyor and a Registered Valuer with over 15 years’ experience in the UK market, with a specialism in real estate finance, and a particular focus on secured development lending and development monitoring. Her main focus is on carrying out risk assessments for property lending within the residential, commercial, alternative, and hotel sectors, including review/approval of valuations and development drawdowns, and monitoring the construction of the development schemes.

Nikos Yerolemou-Ennsgraber is a Director at Cain focused on the firm’s Fortwell Credit Strategy which was constructed through the firm’s acquisition of Fortwell Capital Limited in 2022. He is responsible for commercial lending and leads Cain’s lending into industrial-logistics.

Nikos has experience across the capital stack and has held roles at Deutsche Finance International, as well as at Lloyds Banking Group.
