Hans leads DAC Beachcroft's multi-award winning cyber risk and breach response team. They have responded to hundreds of breaches and cyber incidents, helping clients of all sizes, from SMEs to Global Corporates. Hans' particular specialty is crisis management and advising on contested regulatory and litigation proceedings following data breaches. 

 

Nathan is a Built Environment security specialist with over 30 years’ experience in IT Security and Cyber. As a Director in Aon’s Digital Mergers & Acquisitions team, he supports investors across the investment lifecycle to help them understand and mitigate cyber risk. Nathan has supported the UK Government on the creation of PAS 185 (Connect Places: Establishing and Implementing a Security-Minded Approach) and represented the UK on the creation of ISO19650-5 – Information Security in Building Information Modelling (BIM).  

Emma has worked in the property sector for almost 20 years, focusing largely on advising businesses on insurance and risk management, but she has also served as both an MD and Chief Commercial Officer of two prop-tech businesses. Emma is Chair of the British Property Federation Cyber Working Group and serves on several industry committees related to residential property. 

William has 24 years risk consulting experience and leads Aon’s global climate risk consulting team, which works to support clients through profiling and quantifying the risks and opportunities arising from the climate transition.

Andrew is Senior Vice President and Head of Operator Selection in the UK and Ireland within JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group. He has over ten years of experience in the hospitality sector, advising numerous clients on hotel developments and investments throughout the EMEA region. His experience includes negotiating hotel contracts, acquisitions and disposals, and strategic advisory mandates.

Nada Jarnaz is an accomplished member of Maslow Capital’s Deal Origination Team, bringing over 20 years of expertise in banking and finance, with a special focus on real estate finance. She began her career at the law firm Taylor Wessing, where she honed her skills in real estate finance, acting for both lenders and developers in complex financial transactions. Nada then advanced to become a partner and Head of Banking at Howard Kennedy, leading high-profile transactions and significantly contributing to the firm’s growth.

Steven is the Chief Operating Officer at Peritus with over 20 years’ experience in banking, financial services and fund management. Prior to joining Peritus, Steven was the Head of Lending at Beaufort Capital with a focus on the provision of mezzanine finance into the development sector.
