Aimee has over 10 years of planning experience. She has worked in both local authority and planning consultancy. Aimee works across London, but with a central London focus on Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, Camden and Islington. Aimee has a range of clients working on a variety of planning projects from small residential extensions right through to 150 units on 1.33 ha sites.

Darren acts primarily for national and regional housebuilders, developers, corporate tenants and retailers. He also has experience acting for institutional lenders, national and regional housebuilders, housing associations and public bodies.

James specialises in development consultancy and has, for over 20 yeas, experience in delivering viable solutions for complex development and regeneration projects. He has supported several major development opportunities through the planning process both in London and nationally and has a strong understanding of the impact of the local markets and planning policies. James provides property development consultancy for private and public sector clients in all areas of the pre-implementation process primarily residential development.

Dan has a wide range of experience and leads the Manchester office. His experience includes advising major housing, employment and retail developments on behalf of national house builders, property developers, public sector, government departments and landowners in all aspects of town planning consultancy. Dan’s experience includes acting as expert witness at Section 78 appeals, Examinations in Public and Local Plan Inquiries, as well as the negotiation of complex, major planning applications and Section 106 Agreements.
