Alison has extensive cost management experience in the science and technology sector and understands key trends regarding the future of science workplaces and how these need to be reflected in today’s cost advice. Alison has led the application of all AECOM’s lab cost data into a digital platform; understanding and interpreting this cost data is vital to the success of a commercial science facility, particularly the type of science and user.

Tim is a Chartered Surveyor (FRICS) and qualified Taxation Technician (ATT Fellow) with over thirty years' experience in the UK construction and property industry. Tim is a director in AECOM’s Asset Advisory business and leads the Fiscal Incentives team, which delivers a range of specialist services providing advice on a variety of property tax-based incentives, including: Capital Allowances, Research and Development Expenditure Credits, Tax incentives associated with the remediation of contaminated land, The Construction Industry Scheme and VAT.

Dan has 19 years’ experience in the industry and leads a team of Commercial Cost Managers at AECOM. Operating both nationally and internationally, Dan has a number of leading developers and global brands as his clients allowing him the opportunity to observe, at close hand, the evolving nature of construction in the Commercial sector.
