Tim is a director in AECOM’s Asset Advisory business and leads the Fiscal Incentives team, which delivers a range of specialist services providing advice on a variety of property tax-based incentives, including: Capital Allowances, Research and Development Expenditure Credits, Tax incentives associated with the remediation of contaminated land, The Construction Industry Scheme and VAT.
