Property Hub Webinar Speaker Ross Hodges

Ross is a leader in innovation within the Real Estate industry, and he has been in innovation roles for nearly 10 years. During this time, he has reviewed over 800 solutions and profiled them against core requirements for large corporates and their associated clients, leading to the delivery of multiple projects across several innovation verticals. Using his knowledge in Real Estate, together with his technical background, Ross can quickly understand and execute on strategic projects, leading to significant increases in ROI or cost savings.

HS Property Hub Speaker Adrian Moloney

Adrian joined OSB Group in December 2015, and took on the role of Group Sales Director in 2020 which involved being responsible for all field and telephone-based sales teams across all group
lending brands. At the beginning of 2022 Adrian became Group Intermediary Director and unified the intermediary sales leadership which brought together Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for
Intermediaries and InterBay.

HS Property Hub Speaker Stacey Flor

Stacey is a Managing Director and Head of Origination in the Wells Fargo commercial real estate business for the UK and Ireland. She has over 20 years of banking experience within real estate lending. Stacey has held various roles at Wells Fargo (and its predecessor Eurohypo business) with a considerable focus on development and more recently on the BTR and student asset classes.
Stacey holds a Commerce degree and an Economics degree from the University of Queensland.

HS Property Hub Speaker Sebastian Deckker

Sebastian is a Director within the London Valuation Department and has been at Savills for over 18 years. He has a degree in architecture, qualifying as a surveyor in 2004 although he has worked in the London property market since 1994. Sebastian is now a Fellow of the RICS and an RICS Registered Valuer. 

HS Property Hub Speaker Sarah Fellows

Sarah works in the valuation team at Savills, undertaking loan security, Charities Act and tax valuations and valuation work in the context of dispute resolution. Sarah's main sectors of specialism are commercial and development properties.
