AI is now a core management tool, yet most organizations capture only a fraction of its potential. The challenge is not access but method. This course shows managers, small business owners, independent consultants, and professionals without technical backgrounds how to use AI effectively in daily work.

Prior to his current position, Dr. Powers was the Lead Medical Officer for Antimicrobial Drug Development and Resistance Initiatives at the US Food and Drug Administration. Dr. Powers was co-chair for the US Federal Inter-Agency Task Force on Antimicrobial Resistance. He also was a co-author on the Guidance for Patient Reported Outcomes, and Chair of the ISPOR Clinical Outcomes Assessment task force. Prior to joining the FDA, Dr. Powers was assistant professor in the Division of Infectious Diseases at the University of Maryland School of Medicine where he still is on the faculty. Dr.

Jessica is founder and current member of the Patient Insights & Experience team at Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research (NIBR). She is committed to embedding the patient perspective in early clinical research by implementing patient engagement strategies across the early phase portfolio.

Catina oversees Health Literacy Media’s core activities, including the C3T program, and works to set and maintain the strategic vision for the organization. Catina has steered the organization onto the course of becoming a true partner to a broad spectrum of health care organizations around the world. A primary goal is to empower people with health information they can use to make informed health decisions.
