Richard Wilson is a serial founder and the CEO & Co-Founder of Medialake, the leading enterprise marketing intelligence platform. Medialake transforms how brands manage and optimize their marketing operations, working with Fortune 100 companies to unify data, streamline workflows, and unlock actionable insights that drive efficiency, governance, and growth at scale.

She currently leads Product Experience Operations at Cloudflare, a global web infrastructure and security company, and is driving AI literacy and upskilling across the product design team through practical training and vibe-coding practices. Annie Masciavè is Head of Creative Production at Vinted. Over the years she has worked with a wide range of commercial and editorial clients in London and Milan as a producer and art buyer. When she's not working, you can find her mentoring emerging talent, speaking at industry events or guest lecturing. Recent collaborations include Creative Review, Digital Marketing World Forum, D&AD, LeBook, University of the Arts London and Ravensbourne University.

Faye leads generative AI innovation within Omnicom Productions, driving R&D initiatives, managing vendor partnerships, and helping teams explore and apply emerging AI use cases responsibly. With 20 years’ experience in production and creative technology, including overseeing image operations and leading tech innovation at Europe’s largest production studio, she also supports the implementation and training of creative technologies that align with client needs and elevate production standards.

Thomas is a media and technology leader driving high value solutions for the transformation of complex digital journeys into highly impactful customer experiences.

A known thought leader and a sought-out speaker on digital content, media supply chain and customer journeys, Thomas has presented thought leadership on timely topics including “People or Process – the Quest for Automation”, “14 Weeks: Scaling Your Team to Manage Disruptive Change”, and “Lessons from the (Digital) Front Lines”.

Nate brings a unique blend of creativity, technology, and business savvy to his role as Metaverse Practice Leader at Aquent Studios. He began his career as a filmmaker, founded and sold a digital agency, and later joined Accenture's internal team distributing 60,000 virtual reality headsets to employees. In his new role, he designed and developed Metaverse experiences to onboard employees to Metaverse technology. Afterward, Accenture's new Metaverse Thought Leadership team recruited him to develop business processes and contribute as an author.
