Johnny is an art school dropout turned self-taught engineer and program manager with a career defined by continuous curiosity. Originally from the north of Denmark, he has spent years navigating the global digital agency landscape, taking on permanent and freelance roles for clients worldwide. His journey has taken him from Stockholm to San Francisco, and finally to London, where he currently lives with his wife and two cats.

Sue is Client Manager and Head of Creatives and Consultants at Zebedee, global leading talent agency representing people with disabilities, visible differences and trans non binary talent in front and behind the camera. Zebedee have offices in the UK and Australia. They have placed over 1000 talents on 10,000s of jobs and are instrumental in driving change within the industry.

Inayaili León is Director of Design Operations at GitHub. She combines her hands-on design background with her passion for creating clear processes that enable design teams to successfully deliver on their most critical priorities.
