Christine Göös is a New York-based software marketer, creative, and writer who currently heads up brand and communications at Celtra. During her years working as a copywriter at the advertising agency TBWA, Christine won 30+ accolades from shows like Cannes Lions, The One Club, Eurobest, and The New York Festivals.

Vanja B. Brzin is the VP, Product Marketing at Celtra where she leads the global product marketing team and works closely with brands like adidas and Spotify to help them adopt creative automation software and scale their content production. Vanja has a decade of experience that spans creative and design software, as well as PR and advertising.

Vanessa is the founder of CPI, a niche-consulting firm for the Marketing Services industry, for both agencies and in-house teams. She has helped over 100 agencies measurably improve their throughput, resourcing, utilization rates, realization rates and agency value. Vanessa has spent the last decade helping agencies leverage their financial + operational data, as a core competency, to improve strategic planning, align leadership teams and prepare for the future.

A common perception is that optimised marketing operations will reduce creative freedom. Data driven marketing, standardising processes, producing materials via templates and implementation of technology in the creation processes are things that do not sound like they enhance creativity. However, by eliminating operational issues, standardising the way of working, providing challenging insights and automating mundane and administrative tasks, creatives have more time and budget available to realise their creative ambitions.

Creative used to be about inspiration, creation and job jackets, but now we have new roles, new technologies and new deliverables with interesting timeline expectations. In this presentation, we will take a look at how that impacts the org model and the process used to get work done.
