In his roles at companies like Facebook, Yahoo, Spotify, and Intuit, he's had to make tough prioritization calls, balancing craft with velocity, business needs, and OKRs. He also brings a perspective on how design can be a strategic partner in the C-suite, not just a service org.

Deneesha Lawrence-Williams is a Creative Operations leader with over a decade of experience in creative production, project management, and operations across the tech and creative industries. Currently, she serves as the Creative Operations Lead, Production at Airbnb, where she optimizes production workflows, implements tools for producers, and leads the Creative Project Management team.

Gemma joined Superdrug in 2004 working in varies different roles in marketing and now holds the role Head of Marketing looking after CRM, shopper marketing, promotions, Brand and social. Gemma Mason has been committed to celebrating diversity, inclusivity and self-expression on behalf of the retailer for almost two decades.
