Introduction

AI is now a core management tool, yet most organizations capture only a fraction of its potential. The challenge is not access but method. This course shows managers, small business owners, independent consultants, and professionals without technical backgrounds how to use AI effectively in daily work.

Alyssa Dragelin is  the Associate Director of Content Strategy and Operations at Verizon Business. In her current role, she leads a team of seven dedicated to transforming the business’s holistic content supply chain. She is  responsible for building one unified process for content to flow through, designing the DAM architecture and platform UX for content to be consumed, and defining content governance practices.

Charlie brings deep experience in sports business and brand partnerships, having co-founded Genesco Sports Enterprises after starting his career with the Dallas Cowboys. At NetX, he leads the Sports Advisory practice, working with teams, leagues and rights holders to unlock the business value of legacy content, IP and storytelling.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is playing a critical role in reshaping how we manage, modify, and optimize digital assets. AI offers both the opportunity and the ability to improve all aspects of DAM - from the management of metadata, enhancing search and discovery processes, streamlining workflow to enhanced automation.

DAM is being transformed both as a technology and as a fundamental process within the creative and marketing operations of businesses.

Lily Youn leads global marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and accelerate customer acquisition. With over a decade of experience scaling high-performing marketing and sales development teams at leading SaaS companies, Lily brings a sharp focus on data-driven strategy and execution. Her work is centered on helping brands streamline content operations and maximize ROI with Aprimo’s AI-powered platform.
