Jim Rourke is a Senior Asset Specialist at Arc Worldwide—a Publicis Groupe Agency. He has 23 years of experience in the industry, starting out as a Digital Archivist at Ryan Partnership, then Epsilon, and finally landing at Arc in 2020. Jim is part of a 4-person team managing the Digital Asset Management system at Arc, overseeing a large repository of creative assets including final released files, stock photos/audio/video, photo shoots, and brand assets.

Rachel Miller is a founding partner of Haven Entertainment (haven.la), a management and production company based in Los Angeles. Haven produces award-winning documentaries, feature films and television shows; represents top writers, directors, actors, and comedians; and collaborates with brands to develop cutting-edge digital content. She is the Executive Producer of Netflix’s limited series Devil in Ohio starring Emily Deschanel which debuted to #1 on Netflix and spent weeks in the Netflix Global Top 10 in 84 countries.

A rich and exciting background covering both agency production and entertainment. Daniel has over 20 years of experience in creative development and content production where he works with clients across various industries to bring content solutions to local, national and global brands.

Through his career at WPP, Publicis, JOAN and now at OLP he has held various roles in production as well as built content studios for agencies and clients. His production experience spans across all continents, budgets, schedules and creative needs.

Cory has worked within Digital Asset Management for his entire 20+ years professional career. From his marketing days with Showtime Networks through two stints with Bynder, he’s had his hands in DAM in just about every role from user and program manager to onboarding and product manager. As a Solutions Engineer, Cory loves helping customers overcome their challenges managing the content lifecycle.

Shayla has built an impressive career producing across all creative mediums, beginning with print and quickly expanding into photography, illustration, web, 3D, brand identity, and video/film. Now, as the Head of Creative Management at Uber, she leads operations behind the scenes, driving innovation and creativity. Her experience spans both agency and in-house roles. Before joining Uber she collaborated with top brands such as Nvidia, Jordan, Levi’s, Kia, T-Mobile, Jamba, HP, Intel, Wells Fargo, and Charles Schwab.

John Fong is the Managing Director of WoodWing Digital Services and Asia Pacific, a global market leader that believe in liberating organizations from content and information inefficiencies by aligning people, processes, and technology to achieve optimal workflows, automation, and control. 

I'm passionate about helping storytellers realising the full potential of their content and increase their quality, efficiency, and new revenue potential. Having a vast experience across Asia Pacific for past 20 years, I'm happy to share my experience and thoughts for the keen listener.

Most recently, he was Executive Creative Director of LinkedIn, where his team was named Advertising Age In-House Agency of the Year and he was named to Campaign’s 40 over 40 list. His work developing the LinkedIn brand also helped the company land a spot on the Interbrand and BrandZ Top Global Brands list. Prior to LinkedIn, he was a Creative Director at Apple, and held creative positions in agencies including the first copywriter at Venables, Bell and Partners

Michelle Delgado is an esteemed Vice President of Production with over 15 years of experience in media production and creative services. Recognized for her exceptional leadership in managing multi-million-dollar projects, she has a proven track record of delivering transformative media initiatives and award-winning content. Michelle's entrepreneurial acumen is evident in her ability to establish streamlined operations, assemble high-performing teams, and drive innovative content strategies.

Owen has 25 years of consulting experience in the advertising, printing and publishing industries.

Owen’s focus is on the creative workflow including all aspects of server infrastructure, application integration, project management, digital asset management, app development and the Adobe Creative Suite. He works with teams and clients to build creative workflows for delivering content across multiple platforms. With two decades of experience in technology and publishing, he is passionate about new technologies and how they can be implemented.
