Jeff is Senior Manager for the Integrated Marketing team within the Joint Replacement division at Stryker. An accomplished Marketing, Communications and Operations professional, Jeff takes an analytical approach to assess current practices, identify gaps and manage the tools, systems, methods and people that drive efficiencies and maximize productivity throughout the Marketing Operations process.

Lauren Stefaniak Smith has an extensive background in Creative Operations at industry-leading fashion, beauty, and technology brands. She is currently the Director of Creative Operations for craft-favorite Cricut, where she is responsible for implementing and evolving best-in-class project management for their in-house Creative agency. Stefaniak Smith also oversees the localization team, who help bring Cricut global in 30+ languages.

Eric is an accomplished leader of Creative Operations and Project Management with 20+ years of experience developing, implementing and managing the people, processes and technology that enhance the ability to deliver great creative with efficiency, speed, and scale.

As the Senior Director of Creative Operations at Netspend Corporation, Lauren collaborates with Creative, Account, Marketing and EPMO teams to cultivate and implement new processes across the enterprise to streamline creative operations. With her background in project and account management at advertising agencies, Lauren has overseen countless projects across digital, print and, mobile mediums from ideation to production through innovative workflows and methodologies.

Joe Lamb has been building solutions for e-commerce photography operations for the last decade. In his current role as Nike’s director of technology and platforms in Global Brand Imaging he’s delivering bespoke software platforms for imaging and writing teams along with managing the photography team in Nike’s global studios. Joe is a recent transplant to Los Angeles from Portland, Brooklyn, and Cincinnati. Prior to Nike, Joe worked in various photography and operations roles in Amazon’s Global Product Imaging team.

Tony is Director, Integrated Marketing for the Joint Replacement division of Stryker, a global leader in the MedTech space. Currently, Tony oversees a highly creative team covering a wide range of services including digital, print, video and sports sponsorships. Within these services Tony’s responsibilities include inspiring his team to reach new heights, setting direction, building operational efficiencies, budget management, business processes, creative production, and project management.

Graham Allan has spent over 30 years in digital media & entertainment technology, leading DAM, MAM, metadata, rights, and content supply chain transformations for major film, television, online media, theme parks, publishing, and content aggregation organizations in the US and Europe. 15 of those years were spent driving DAM, MAM & infrastructure software initiatives for Disney's animation, film and television divisions, and directing the company’s enterprise integrated MAM strategy.

David is well known as a Founder of the field of Digital Asset Management (DAM) and a consistent innovator in defining – and redefining DAM and its relationship to organizational strategy, rights, outreach and growth. David has worked internationally to create value from digital assets – and setting in place the organizational and strategic processes to achieve return on initiative as well as investment.

Azita Shahidi is the Design Development Manager for Godiva Chocolatier, Inc. In her role, Azita is responsible for designing impactful and innovative seasonal packaging for the US and global market. With 28 years’ experience in design, Azita creates unique and commercially appealing packaging to increase seasonal sales, while maintaining Godiva’s classic and luxurious essence.
