Rebecca Hood has 10+ years of experience in the creation and management of digital assets, most recently working to build the Digital Asset Management operations program at The Home Depot. Rebecca has introduced a new taxonomy, metadata governance model, support model, and user adoption plan, and lead a team through the migration of millions of files to an enhanced enterprise DAM system. Rebecca joined The Home Depot after spending several years managing media assets in broadcast news, working at The Weather Channel, CNN and a local CBS affiliate.

Leslie Neal has 10+ years of technology experience, most recently managing multiple product experiences within The Home Depot’s marketing technology organization. While supporting Digital Asset Management operations, Leslie is creating the strategy for DAM as the central content repository in a fully integrated MarTech stack. Prior to joining The Home Depot, Leslie worked in product management and solutions consulting for content management, ecommerce, and marketing software products.

Humphrey is a former Pulitzer Prize photojournalism nominee and finalist with over 10 years of experience in photography production, journalism and creative management. As Head of Photography for TripAdvisor Experiences, Humphrey supports Content Marketing Strategy & Operations with the production of creative assets, best practices and guidelines that drive operational efficiencies of image creation for brand, product supply and asset distribution across the platform and to stakeholders.
