Sally Oldfield is a Creative Industry career professional with 20 years’ experience in the game. Sally leads the organisational development of a 250 strong creative agency in Dublin, Rothco, and also currently oversees its integration into Accenture Interactive. 

Courage, Rigour, Curiosity and Trust - learned across disciplines from Production to Brand Consulting - are the guiding principles Sally brings to her Creative Operations work every day.

Corinne is Design Operations Manager at Facebook London. Her priorities are to understand the needs of the expanding global product design organization, develop programs and solutions that enable individual and organisational growth within the London office.

Prior to Facebook, Corinne spent most of her career working as operations and production lead in creative teams, both agency and client side at companies like TBG Digital, Sprinklr and ASOS.

Simon has extensive experience of marketing transformation through integrated and effective marketing and communications. He has run Creative, Media, Digital & Digital Media, Branded Content, Econometric & Poster buying companies, having been CEO, EMEA for Saatchi & Saatchi, and Aegis Media, MD EMEA for OMD. He has also held senior positions at Leo Burnett, MindShare and ZenithOptimedia.

Metzti Bryan is the Head of Project Management at BBC Creative, where her team works with their creative, media and marketing teams to deliver a wide-range of integrated campaigns for the BBC. Starting her career in Toronto, Metzti moved to London where she brought her unique brand of organisation, optimism and creativity to Production and Project Management roles at award-winning agencies Grey London, adam&eveDDB and McCann London.

Diane Capoyianes leads Creative Operations for the Marketing team within Apple’s growing Services division (Apple TV+, Apple Music, Apple News+, Apple Podcasts, Apple Books, Apple Arcade, etc). She joined Apple in 2017 as part of the product & content design team. Over the course of two and a half years, she helped scale the creative team from a small group of six to more than 70 roles worldwide, including creative, strategy, production, events, photo, video, print and motion.
