Charlotte is responsible for the overall operational structure within Creative Solutions and the principal owner of all its systems and processes. She works with Global Discipline Leads and Regional Leads to harmonise processes and approaches for agency management, financial reporting, recruitment and onboarding and procurement.

Ray Murphy is the Head of Content at MADE.com where he oversees everything from product copy to the brand's blog and social channels. 

He previously worked at We Are Social, leading on social-first campaigns for the creative agency's premium clients, including Audi, Breitling and HSBC UK. He has a background in journalism and has worked for publications including Dezeen, PORT Magazine and Men's Health.

Jennifer Sellar is the Digital Assets Manager at the Museum of Modern Art. She is an experienced Digital Asset Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the museums and universities’ sectors. Skilled in Archival Research, Metadata, Museums, Digital Preservation, and Library Science, and a strong program and project manager with a MLIS focused in Library Science from University of Pittsburgh.
