Linda Tadic is Founder/CEO of Digital Bedrock, a managed digital preservation service. Her over 35 years’ experience includes positions at HBO, the Media Archives and Peabody Awards Collection at the University of Georgia, ARTstor, and Pacific Film Archive. She has also taught as an Adjunct Professor at two major graduate programs focused on audiovisual archiving and preservation: UCLA’s Department of Information Studies, teaching a course on Digital Asset Management; and at NYU’s Moving Image Archiving and Preservation program, teaching a course on Collection Management.

Denise Bastien is the Registrar for Documentation & Digital Resources, at Museum of Art, Rhode Island School of Design (aka The RISD Museum), a position she’s held since 2010, and as Collection Information Special at the RISD Museum since 2002. Denise is responsible for all aspects of managing the RISD Museum’s collection information and digital asset management systems, and their integration into Museum operations. 

Christine Boyich is the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations at Sam’s Club. Christine has spent the past decade in retail working for Gap Inc., Apple, and Sam’s Club. Her marketing operations expertise is focused in process, operational reporting, and tools management. 

Aaron has been leading the digital asset management program at the University of Denver since 2017 when he was hired to implement and administrate a university wide solution. Supporting over 100 staff and nearly a quarter of a million assets, he has helped remove silos and improve brand consistency. As an award-winning filmmaker with a background in media management for broadcast, he brings a unique perspective to archiving and managing creative assets and workflows.

Nik is CEO of BPOC, a San Diego-based, non-profit consultancy that provides technology support and development services, and business and digital strategy for the cultural sector. Previously, he was Head of Administration for the Getty Museum. He is a former board member of the American Alliance of Museums and Museum Computer Network, and current board member of Guru, a mobile experience startup and the Institute for Learning Innovation. He is a frequent speaker on a range of technical, business and strategy opportunities and challenges facing the cultural sector.

With a track record of building and leading impactful ventures in Higher Education, Caroline specialises in incubating and scaling open enrolment, custom, and digital education ventures. Committed to driving social impact, she works with partnerships, governments, corporates, and NGOs to increase global access to education, this is driven by a personal focus on underserved communities and SDG 4 objectives. Currently leading the startup Oxford Saïd Online, aiming for global recognition in broadening education provision.

Elizabeth is the Electronic Resources & Acquisitions Librarian for Gibson D. Lewis Library at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth. As such she is responsible for the library collection in digital and print formats with a current focus in diversity, equity, inclusion and library finances, as well as overseeing copyright and inter-library loan processes and policies. Prior to her current position, Elisabeth spent a decade working with first generation and non-traditional community college students in her role as Librarian and academic liaison.

Norman Mähler is the Head of Digital Department at The Humboldt Forum Foundation. He is a computer scientist, product owner, consultant, and software developer. His work with cultural institutions, Digital Asset Management and Museum Management Software started two and a half years ago when he took on his role at the Stiftung Humboldt Forum im Berliner Schloss (SHF).
