Sara is a technology leader in Johnson & Johnson’s Consumer Health organization, with IT product line responsibility for both DAM and Product Information Management (PIM). Sara partners with global & regional marketing teams to identify and define the marketing operations capabilities needed, and to implement people, process, and technology solutions that can be scaled globally.

Matt Westrup has been Vice President of Operations since March 2016 when he joined A+E Networks UK, joined the Senior Leadership Team in May 2019 and has been part of the EMEA leadership team since its creation in November 2019. He is responsible for the operations, technology and teams that manage the content and delivers the channel and digital portfolio across the EMEA territories. He manages media operations, localisation, post production, engineering and distribution as well as delivering technology-led projects and change across the business.

Kendall Ginsbach began his career in France, working for Endemol and contributing to the launch of premium sports Network Orange Sport in 2009, before moving to the U.S. to participate in the launch of the Pac-12 Networks. At the Pac-12, Ginsbach took over media management and archiving operations, running one of the first systems in M&E to use cloud storage as its legacy archive. Utilizing metadata centric processes, Ginsbach and his team designed workflows that both optimized storage strategy and allowed efficient access for content creators.

Jade is an experienced Asset Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the medical device industry. She is skilled in Digital Strategy, Digital Asset Management and Metadata. Jade worked at the Orange County Register for nearly 20 years where she managed the Advertising Design Department with 15 highly talented designers that won many awards for the paper. Jade now enjoys her role at Edwards Lifesciences and considers her role to have the perfect balance of something new and still requiring design knowledge.

Beret joined the Milwaukee Art Museum in 1994 and has led the museum through the evolution of media from analog assets, where she continues to be responsible for the physical care and management of the museum’s physical media holdings.

Dr Peter Gruber is a Senior Lecturer at the UniversitaÌ€ della Svizzera italiana (USI) in Lugano and has PhDs in financial economics and particle physics. He has been teaching statistics and applied programming since 2005. Before this he was part of the neutrino physics efforts at CERN. His current research interests are asset pricing, blockchain economics, data science with non-traditional data sets, and data visualization.
