Joshua joined YMCA England & Wales in 2019 as a Brand & Design officer.  As well as designing a significant amount of marketing and communications materials, Joshua is responsible for the distribution of branded assets and templates across the charity's federated structure.

Phil is an independent, vendor agnostic consultant with over 25 years experience with multiple DAM, PIM and Content Management platforms.

He has worked on many RFx and system implementation projects across multiple industries including financial services, magazine, book and corporate publishing, retail, energy, FMCG, transport, manufacturing, travel and tourism, membership organizations and others. 

Madeleine has worked for Amsterdam-HQ’d DAM provider Bynder for over 5 years, joining as their first Customer Success Manager in London and is now leading a team of Customer Success Managers who support Bynder’s over 2600 customers globally. Before joining Bynder, Madeleine worked in client facing roles in a number of Software and Digital Media companies in the UK and Australia across a range of industries. Madeleine is passionate about democratising DAM and believes UX lies at the heart of an effective DAM deployment.

Emil is the co-founder and CEO of Scaleflex. After his experiences of studying Computer Engineering and working as a Sales Engineer throughout France and the United States, Emil’s experiences gave him a passion for Saas products. Along with his co-founder Julian, they helped build Scaleflex to provide Media Optimization and Digital Asset Management solutions.

Henrique has worked as a Business Development Development Representative at FeedbackFruits for over a year, supporting higher education institutions in Europe with implementing educational technology and effective active learning activities.

Abdulla Dilimi is an Account Executive for the EMEA region at FeedbackFruits. For over a year, he has been helping higher education institutions worldwide implement pedagogic technology to scale inclusive learning and boost employability skills.

Juan Pablo Kessler is an award-winning creative/Art Director with over 20 years of experience developing cutting-edge creative solutions for brands like Bundesliga, FX, Fox, Fox Sports, amongst others. He has deep-rooted principles of the design development coupled with the ability to steer the execution of internal teams and external agencies.

Born and raised in Argentina, he moved to Italy and then to Germany, where he currently works as head of creative services for the Bundesliga.

David is the Director of Photography Production at Aritzia and a creative industry leader with over a decade of experience focused on photo production, creative project management and operations. His experience has given him an advanced understanding of, and appreciation for, the strategic, production and operational aspects of the business, and a desire to maximize efficiencies and creative output while partnering cross-functionally to build organizations that foster and accelerate creative ideation and execution.

Marc is a seasoned e-commerce professional who has worked extensively in high volume, growth oriented studios. He was the initial Studio Manager at luxury retailer Barneys, where he built an expansion studio from the ground up, making the fledging site a notable competitor to leaders in the industry. When Stanley Black & Decker was looking to build an in-house studio, Marc was brought on board to support eleven brands and manage throughput and reduce complexity.
